2010 Basha Bear Regiment
The Bear Regiment contains 94 dedicated and hard working students ranging from freshman to seniors. This band sets the bar high and won't stop pushing until they reach excellence. The Bear Regiment will be competing in Division
2 this year and is hoping to continue the
success that they had in last year's season. The band performs at every
varsity football game during the season, pumps up the students at every
pep assembly, participates in numerous competitions and festivals
throughout the fall semester and performs at a variety of gigs around

2010 - Bound
Bound explores the many ways that humanity binds together. Oppressive physical bonds and
passionate emotional bonds culminate in the common bonds that drive us as a whole. Composers
Ian Grom and John Mapes along with the mighty Bear Regiment bring you a production that will
leave you strapped to your seat!.
2009 - The Music of Shostakovich!
The Bear Regiment is going to bring to you the sounds of russian
composer Dimitri Shostakovich. The excitement is constantly building in
this arrangement of some of Dimitri's most influencial works.
2008 - Schizophrenia!
Schizophrenia is a disorder characterized by hallucinations, rapidly
changing personalities, and mental instability. Based on "Serenada
Schizophrana" by Danny Elfman, the music portrays the many facets
of the schizophrenic mind. Watch and listen as rapidly changing
personalities unfold on the field throughout the band! This years music
was adapted and arranged by Matt Kozacek, Jimmy Madonia, and John
McClean.
2007 - Rio
"Rio" is a musical depiction of the annual Carnival in Rio de Janeiro. The opening movement, "Cidade Maravilhosa" contains uptempo rhythms and latin instrumentation to give one the feeling of being in Rio. The ballad, "Cristo Redentor Watches Over Pao de Acucar", is a musical depiction of the statue of Cristo Redentor that stands high above the city. The closing movement, "Carnival Through Ipanema", returns to the high energy music that one would hear in the city streets during the Carnival once again. All music is written by Key Poulan, with Jimmy Madonia arranging the percussion book.
2006 - Circuitry
“Circuitry” by Key Poulan is a show designed to move in between the elements of acoustic sound and electric sound.
2005 - Tell Tale Heart
A show originally written for concert band by Larry Clark, adapted for the field by Patrick Sheridan. It depicts the tale of a man's battle within himself written by Edgar Allen Poe.
